PRODUCT PROBLEMS, ETC

1. I bought a product from the online store and am not satisfied with it. What can I do?

Please refer to our Refund Policy, located at the bottom of this page for further details.

2. I bought a product from one of your vending machines and am not satisfied with it. What can I do?

If your product did not dispense properly into the bucket below, you should get an automatic refund within 14 days through the same payment option that you used for the failed purchase.
